Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Law, or a related discipline.
• Experience: At least 2 years in immigration consultancy, overseas relocation, international education consultancy, or related client advisory roles.
• Domain Knowledge & Learning Agility: Strong interest in global immigration matters, with a drive to stay updated on policy changes.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management with a service mindset.
• Work Ethic: Highly professional, responsible, trustworthy, and committed to premium client service.
• Problem-Solving & Clarity: Ability to analyze complex client requirements, design suitable solutions, and articulate information clearly.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple clients and cases simultaneously.
• Network (Advantage): Existing network of prospective clients or business contacts is advantageous.
• Local Expertise (Advantage): Experience with Singapore Immigration, PR, EP, investor migration, or family relocation is preferred.
• Attribute: Proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Policy & Market Research: Stay up to date with global immigration policies and regulations, incl. programmes, eligibility, and requirements.
• Client Consultation & Sales Conversion: Follow up with prospects, understand needs, arrange consultations, and convert qualified prospects into clients.
• Solution Design: Develop tailored immigration and relocation solutions based on clients’ circumstances.
• Pre-Application Guidance: Guide clients through document collection, verification, and preparation.
• Case & Stakeholder Management: Monitor progress, coordinate with teams, and update clients.
• Client Relationship & Service Excellence: Maintain professional communication and high client satisfaction.
• Continuous Learning: Keep learning about international immigration programmes and regulatory updates.
