Job summary

Hytech is seeking a Group Accounting Technical Manager to strengthen global financial governance, accounting policies, and SOX controls across multiple jurisdictions in a dynamic fintech environment.

You will lead technical accounting research, develop robust accounting policies, and partner with Finance, Operations, and Compliance to support new product launches while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical accounting, external audit, or financial reporting in financial services or fintech.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and experience in applying standards and governance processes.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA/CA or equivalent) with willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead IFRS research and policy development for complex transactions and new business initiatives.
• Own and enhance the SOX/internal controls framework and governance processes.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and Compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Assess accounting implications of new fintech, brokerage, and crypto-adjacent products, providing practical guidance.
• Coach finance teams and support cross-border finance initiatives and regional collaboration.
