Sembcorp Industries Ltd is seeking an experienced HSSE Head to drive governance, standards, and strategic HSSE priorities across the Gas & Related Services portfolio. You will provide independent assurance on material risks and regulatory compliance, and lead a strong, safety-driven culture across Singapore and international sites.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety or a related discipline; relevant professional certification or training in HSSE management is advantageous.
• At least 15 years of progressive HSSE experience in energy, gas, utilities, power generation, oil and gas, chemicals, heavy industry or construction.
• Minimum 5-7 years in a senior HSSE leadership role with multi-site or regional governance experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own and govern the Gas Business HSSE operating model, standards and minimum requirements with alignment to policy and best practice.
• Shape multi-year HSSE strategy and annual improvement roadmap with measurable indicators.
• Provide HSSE input to strategy, investments, major projects and regulatory compliance.
• Lead governance across the GRS portfolio and drive a strong safety culture across locations.
