Job summary

Dyson Institute is seeking a senior leader to head External Affairs and regulatory intelligence, based in Singapore. You will shape the global resilience framework, monitor legislation and standards, and translate external change into actionable business guidance across Dyson products and portfolios.

You will lead governance forums, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure external positions align with technical evidence and business priorities, traveling as needed to support global markets.

Qualifications

• The ability to distil complex or fast-moving regulatory and standards information into clear actions.
• Strong strategic judgement linking external change to portfolio, market access and product impact.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to chair governance forums.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global regulatory resilience framework across legislation, product regulations and standards.
• Oversee horizon scanning of regulator activity, standards development and external forums.
• Translate external developments into concise intelligence for business units and drive portfolio governance.
