Job summary

Sonova is seeking a Head of Supply & Network Planning to lead the global planning function. The role covers end-to-end supply, network planning, and transformation across regions, with regular interaction with regional hubs and travel.

The role can be based in Singapore, Vietnam, China, Spain or Germany and involves a global remit with ~30% travel. A university degree in a related field and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

10–15 years in end-to-end supply and network planning.
Strong technical expertise across MPS, capacity planning, inventory and material management.
Deep understanding of S&OP and integrated planning.

Responsibilities

Own global production quantity decisions by plant and inventory deployment.
Lead MPS and inter-hub deployment planning with clear volume commitments.
Define capacity allocation and inventory policies; monitor adherence.
Drive planning digitalization using SAP/SAP APO/S4, o9 and similar tools.
Support effective S&OP with demand, supply, capacity and inventory integration.
Shape the future target operating model and processes for global planning.
