Gateway Search Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a senior HR executive to lead the global People Strategy, aligning it with business growth and IPO readiness. The role focuses on designing scalable structures and governance to support multi-market operations.

You will partner with C-suite leaders, finance and HRBPs, driving talent, performance, compensation, and workforce planning while leveraging data analytics and AI to improve people decisions and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of HR experience in HR strategy, org design and planning.
• Proven experience in talent, performance, compensation & incentives, workforce cost and human capital management.
• Strong strategic and systems thinking; translate business strategy into people capabilities.
• Experience with global/multi-market organizations and C-suite collaboration.
• Strong data/AI orientation to drive people decisions.
• Experience with global governance and IPO-stage organizations preferred.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate with China counterpart.

Requirements
