Job summary

Meta is seeking a Global Supply Chain Manager to drive execution of hardware supply chains for data center infrastructure. You will lead cross-functional efforts to define supplier ecosystems, ensure component quality, cost and continuity across high-volume programs.

You will define commodity strategies, engage suppliers, assess demand vs supply, audits, risk management, and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to maintain mass production schedules and implement supplier performance

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical sourcing, commodity management, or supply chain engineering in hardware manufacturing.
• Experience leading end-to-end supply chain execution for technically complex components.
• Experience conducting manufacturing capability assessments, process audits, and supplier risk evaluations.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sourcing, Quality Eng, NPI, hardware engineering, and finance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute commodity strategies for complex components across hardware product lines.
• Lead supplier engagement, assessments, audits, and risk evaluations in global supply chains.
• Partner with engineering and manufacturing to influence design-for-manufacturability and mass production schedules.
• Establish supplier performance frameworks with scorecards, reviews, and corrective actions.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks from geopolitics, single sources, and supplier instability.
• Drive multi-source strategies and qualification of alternate suppliers for resilience.
• Collaborate to align supplier capacity with ramp schedules and demand forecasts.
• Provide strategic guidance shaping commodity roadmaps and sourcing practices at scale.
