Randstad Singapore is seeking an experienced Finance Professional to lead regional financial consolidation and group reporting across multiple entities. You will oversee end-to-end closing processes and ensure accurate intercompany eliminations

The role requires strong ERP proficiency and the ability to collaborate with regional teams, delivering insights to senior leadership while strengthening internal controls and compliance across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent qualification.
• Proven multi-entity consolidation and group reporting experience.
• Strong intercompany reconciliations, currency translations, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in ERP systems and advanced financial modeling tools.
• Ability to collaborate across regional teams and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end multi-entity consolidation and reporting across jurisdictions.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements with intercompany eliminations.
• Review cross-border submissions and perform variance analyses for regional leadership.
• Drive close cycle efficiency through digital tools and internal controls.
• Manage tax compliance, statutory filings, and external audit relationships.
