Job summary

ADDX PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on, strategic Group Marketing leader to build and elevate the brand positioning of ICHX and its portfolio, including ADDX and GoAI.

You will report to senior management and craft a unified branding strategy that supports each business's growth ambitions. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with execution, has 8+ years in marketing leadership in tech/fintech or AI-driven environments, and can drive cross-brand initiatives, communications, and demand

Qualifications

• 8+ years of regional or global marketing leadership in tech/fintech or AI-driven environments.
• Experience building brands in high-growth technology or digital platform businesses.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the Group brand strategy and portfolio branding across ICHX, ADDX, and GoAI.
• Drive corporate communications, thought leadership, and media engagement; manage PR and reputation across the Group.
• Provide strategic marketing leadership to portfolio companies, enabling growth, customer acquisition and market expansion.
• Own go-to-market strategy for GoAI, including positioning, pricing, events, performance marketing and AI-discovery channels; oversee digital content distribution.
• Partner with business leaders on initiatives that deliver cross-brand synergies and value across the portfolio.
