Job summary

Rapsodo, a global sports technology company, is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee multi-entity accounting, consolidation, and reporting. You will drive month-end close, intercompany reconciliations, and statutory filings, while partnering with auditors and treasury teams.

You will work with ERP systems (NetSuite/SAP), enhance financial controls, and contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and KPI analysis. Knowledge of SaaS revenue recognition is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent; CPA / CA / ACCA.
• 7–9 years of relevant finance or accounting experience, including at least 1–2 years in a multi-entity or group finance environment.
• Solid working knowledge of IFRS; familiarity with consolidation accounting and intercompany treatment.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or equivalent) and strong Excel skills.
• Experience in a technology, SaaS, or subscription-based business is an advantage.
• Familiarity with transfer pricing concepts and intercompany service agreements.
• Experience with deferred revenue, subscription billing, or SaaS revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Own intercompany accounting and balances across entities, ensuring alignment with intercompany agreements.
• Prepare statutory financial statements and liaise with external auditors.
• Manage month-end close for assigned entities, including journals and prepayments.
• Monitor group cash positions and prepare regular cash flow reports.
• Assist in budgeting and variance analysis with clear management commentary.
• Maintain ERP data integrity and drive process improvements (e.g., automation).
• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements (GST, corporate secretarial deadlines).
• Support board-level financial communications and treasury activities.
