Airbus Helicopters Southeast Asia Pte Ltd is launching the Global Graduate Programme in Commercial Operations. This two-year development journey blends hands-on roles with leadership training and regional rotations to grow your business and aerospace skills from day one.

You will rotate across SEA customer centers, contribute to offers, and learn pricing, governance, and ethics while preparing for a career as a Commercial Operations specialist within Airbus.

Qualifications

• Degree level or equivalent in Business Administration, Aviation Management, International Business, or Engineering.
• Recently graduated or ~2 years’ experience in commercial operations, contract administration, or partner management in aerospace.
• Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication.

Responsabilités

• Support network and partner agreements across SEA and Airbus Helicopters centres.
• Prepare standard and complex offers for SEA aircraft and Support & Services with operations teams.
• Gain hands-on proficiency with CRM, price quotation software, and price lists.
• Learn Airbus Commercial Policy, pricing catalogues, and governance procedures.
• Rotational placements across regional Centers to broaden market intelligence.
