What you will be doing

You will be on a development journey to guide your growth into the role of Commercial Operations Specialist and can expect to be involved in the following:

• Support network and business partner agreement implementations, renewals, and performance monitoring across SEA and Airbus Helicopters customer centres in accordance with internal policy guidelines and compliance directives.
• Assist with the preparation of standard and complex offers for Southeast Asia (SEA) new aircraft and Support & Services in coordination with operational teams.
• Gain hands‑on proficiency with commercial tools including customer relationship management systems, price quotation software, and commercial price lists.
• Learn standardized Airbus Commercial Policy application, pricing catalogues, and commercial governance procedures.
• Understand Ethics & Compliance framework requirements including Know Your Customer, Anti-Money Laundering, Third Party Declarations, and Export Control.

Rotational placement opportunities across regional Customer Centers or adjacent marketing functions to broaden market intelligence expertise.

Your development journey will include a minimum of one rotational placement to support your growth into position.

At the end of the two year development programme you will have developed into an efficient Commercial Operations specialist, equipped with strategic market insight and capable of actively driving commercial initiatives!

What we are looking for

To be a successful applicant, you will need to demonstrate you have:

• A degree level or equivalent within Business Administration, Aviation Management, International Business, or Engineering
• Recently graduated or about 2 years of initial professional experience in commercial operations, contract administration, or partner management in aerospace
• Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English)
• A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation
• The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.
