First Fun is seeking a commercially minded Regulatory Counsel to support global game development and operations. You will advise on commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, consumer protections, and payments across multiple markets.

You will collaborate with product, publishing, marketing and operations teams, manage regulatory inquiries, and help develop internal policies and training. Strong English drafting skills are essential, Mandarin advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of relevant legal experience in law firm or in-house team.
• Strong experience in commercial contracts and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with intellectual property advantageous.
• Experience in gaming, technology, entertainment or digital platforms advantageous.
• Excellent written and spoken English for legal drafting and business communication.

Aufgaben

• Partner with product, publishing, marketing and operations teams on legal and compliance matters.
• Provide legal advice throughout product lifecycle—from development to live operations.
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including licensing and services agreements.
• Advise on gaming-related regulations such as consumer protection, minors, in-game currencies and payments.
• Monitor regulatory landscape and coordinate with teams to address changes and inquiries.
