Job summary

Applied Materials in Singapore is seeking a Carrier Management professional to ensure logistics service providers meet defined performance levels across air, ocean, ground and parcel shipping. You will align with Buyers, Supplier Managers and CBM teams to drive on-time delivery, cost efficiency and risk mitigation.

You will establish global processes, create SLAs/KPIs, manage carrier SOWs, support new volume onboarding, and lead continuous improvement initiatives while acting as an escalation

Responsibilities

• Oversee service level performance with LSPs and escalation processes.
• Coordinate cross-dock and carrier management activities.
• Lead MBR participation, onboarding of new volume, and carrier relations.
• Define and monitor SLAs and KPIs across transport networks.
• Collaborate with CBM, Finance, Buyers and Logistics Coordinators.
