Job summary

Carrier seeks a Global Container FP&A Head to lead planning, forecasting, reporting and business analytics for the global Container business. You will partner with regional and functional leaders to provide financial insights, drive margin expansion and cash generation.

You will develop robust models, own the FP&A process and lead a COE team, delivering insightful analysis to drive profitable growth across time zones.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA/ACCA or MBA Finance required.
• 10-15 years of progressive finance experience including FP&A and leadership in a multinational environment.
• Experience in hands-on FP&A for manufacturing, industrial, equipment, or global settings preferred.
• Advanced Excel, financial modeling, PowerPoint and executive presentation skills; ERP/BI familiarity.
• Strong business partnering, stakeholder management, communication and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating plan, long-range plan, rolling forecast and profit assurance for Global Container.
• Coordinate planning calendars, assumptions and leadership reviews across regions.
• Develop robust financial models and scenario analyses for decision support.
• Improve forecast accuracy through better assumptions, cadence and data quality.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly performance analyses for senior leadership.
