Job summary

CARRIER SINGAPORE (PTE) LIMITED seeks a Global Container FP&A Head to lead planning, forecasting, management reporting and decision support for the global container business. You will partner with regional and functional leaders to deliver clear financial insights, improve forecast quality and drive cash generation.

The role oversees financial modeling, performance reviews and governance of FP&A processes, with a focus on profitability, working capital and capital efficiency across regions.

Qualifications

• Qualified professional with CA/CPA/ACCA or MBA Finance.
• 10–15 years of progressive FP&A, finance, reporting leadership in a multinational environment.
• Hands-on FP&A with manufacturing/global business exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Annual Operating Plan, Long Range Plan, rolling forecast processes for Global Container business.
• Coordinate planning calendars, assumptions, submissions, reviews and leadership presentations across regions.
• Develop robust financial models, scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis to support decisions.
• Improve forecast accuracy by strengthening assumptions and data quality.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance analysis for leadership reviews.
• Explain performance vs plan with linkage to operational drivers.
• Analyze KPIs including sales, orders, backlog, margin, EBIT, cash flow, working capital, pricing.
• Highlight risks, opportunities, and required management actions.
• Support pricing, margin improvement, productivity and capital initiatives with insights.
• Prepare business cases, ROI analyses and financial evaluations for strategic projects.
