Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical or materials science, engineering, business, finance, supply chain, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in footwear materials management, costing, procurement, or manufacturing finance.
• Strong knowledge of commodity markets, supplier negotiations, and cost benchmarks.
• Advanced Excel skills; dashboards or data models are a plus.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to apply automation and analytics to costing.

Responsibilities

• Lead global materials costing operations across internal teams and suppliers.
• Develop data pipelines and analytics to monitor costs and pricing trends.
• Provide leadership reporting and data‑driven recommendations to improve margins.
• Collaborate with Materials, Sourcing, Finance, and Product teams on strategic priorities.
• Support sustainability initiatives and cost improvement projects.
