Job summary

Posco International Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance and accounting functions in a multinational environment, ensuring accurate reporting, strong controls, and strategic financial advice.

You will oversee GL, AP/AR, treasury and reporting; drive monthly, quarterly, and annual closes; manage budgets and forecasts; monitor cash flow and FX; and develop the finance team to uphold high standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or commercial analysis, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in multinational finance operations and group reporting.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and internal controls experience.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finance and accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, treasury, and reporting.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to deliver timely financial reports.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and analyses aligned with group policies.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning with variance analysis.
• Monitor cash flow and foreign exchange exposure to optimize resources.
• Establish internal controls and finance policies to safeguard assets.
• Evaluate business proposals, contracts, and investments through profitability analysis and modelling.
• Collaborate with headquarters and regional teams on group reporting and intercompany reconciliations.
• Drive continuous improvements in finance processes and cost management.
• Lead and develop the finance team to uphold high standards.
