Qualifications

• University undergraduates majoring in Accounting or Finance.
• Must have the legal right to work in Singapore.
• Available for a full-time internship from January to June 2027.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Ability to prioritise tasks under tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assist month-end close process and update review file.
• Update monthly FX rates schedule.
• Review key cost movements and write business commentary.
• Post month-end consolidation of OPEX costs.
• Lead project to streamline reporting for Travel and Entertainment costs.
• Produce monthly T&E reporting packs for key partners.
• Provide analytical support for commercial proposals and reviews.
• Support billing, collections and vendor reviews; track metrics.
• Assist with ad hoc projects.
