Job summary

Esco Lifesciences Group is seeking a Service Engineer in Singapore to perform equipment installation, calibration, and after-sales maintenance. The role requires strong communication, independence, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate should have an engineering degree or diploma, at least 1 year of repair/troubleshooting experience, and familiarity with calibration labs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 1+ year of experience in equipment repair and troubleshooting.
• Experience in calibration or metrology labs is preferred.
• Background in air conditioning, HVAC, or refrigeration repair is welcome.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Install Esco equipment and provide after-sales services including calibration, certification, preventive maintenance, and service documentation.
• Handle field service requests, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with minimal delay.
• Prepare field service reports and related documentation.
• Monitor repairs and maintenance activities to ensure efficiency and target repair hours.
• Provide hands-on training for field service teams internationally when needed.
