Job summary

Micron Technology Singapore is seeking an experienced Capacity Analysis and Industrial Engineering professional to own ramp readiness and capacity modeling. You will translate forecasts into integrated manpower, storage, and process plans, and drive cross-functional actions with 3PL governance and reporting.

You will build capacity models, perform line balancing, and apply lean methods to improve throughput and cost per unit, while consolidating SAP/S4 and WMS data into KPI dashboards for

Qualifications

Degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or Supply Chain is required.
5–10 years in manufacturing, finished-goods, or supply-chain ops with capacity planning ownership.
Strong data modelling and dashboard skills with SAP/WMS experience.

Responsibilities

Own capacity models across receiving, storage, and shipment; identify bottlenecks and headroom.
Run time‑and‑motion studies and line balancing to validate staffing and space.
Consolidate data from SAP/S4, WMS/ATMES and 3PL feeds; own data definitions and dashboards.
Lead ramp-readiness project plans, RAID logs, and cross-functional readiness reviews.
