Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. Singapore is seeking an experienced Capacity Analysis & Industrial Engineering professional to own capacity planning for HTY and MSI ramp, translating forecasts into integrated plans across manpower, storage, and processes.

You will drive cross-functional actions, 3PL governance and reporting. This role emphasizes lean manufacturing, data management, and project leadership, with a focus on SAP/S4, WMS/ATMES, and AI-enabled efficiency improvements to support on-time

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in manufacturing, finished goods or supply-chain ops with capacity planning ownership.
• Lean manufacturing/industrial engineering background; Green Belt preferred.
• Strong data skills: Excel, SQL, dashboards; PMP or equivalent a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own capacity models across receiving, storage, and shipment; identify bottlenecks by week and month.
• Lead ramp-readiness projects; manage RAID log and stakeholder alignment.
• Consolidate data from SAP/S4, WMS/ATMES and 3PL feeds; design dashboards and KPIs.
• Validate 3PL capacity, controls and recovery plans; support audit follow-through.
