Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Admin, Computer Studies, Data Analytics, Facilities Management, Environmental Science or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power BI and Microsoft Forms is a plus.
• Analytical, proactive and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support EHS, security, crisis management, and REFM initiatives.
• Assist with data collection, reporting, and dashboards.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare presentations and track action items.
• Contribute to process improvement and workflow automation.
• Collaborate with regional/global GFE initiatives and stakeholders.
