Qualifications

• Ensure export shipping documents are completed accurately and in compliance with customer requirements.
• Prepare and communicate shipment pre-alerts to destination teams for export shipments.
• Verify shipment details and ensure correct goods are released to authorized transporters.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key point of contact at the customer’s site with professional logistics support.
• Manage export shipment bookings and coordinate pickup arrangements with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain shipping records with proper printing, documentation and filing.
