You will learn how a leading payment gateway supports businesses across cards, wallets, online banking and cash‑over‑the‑counter. As an intern, you’ll assist with end‑to‑end event planning, vendor coordination, merchant onboarding, and client communications.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Fintech, Marketing or related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay organized.
• Creative, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to work full-time internship in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with design or social media tools is an advantage.
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools and digital technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end event planning and execution from conceptualization to on-site coordination.
• Assist with onboarding roles, assist partners, merchants and vendors on their onboarding accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, clients, and partners.
• Serve as the primary liaison for event vendors and partners; coordinate requirements and ensure timely deliverables.
• Manage the end-to-end merchant onboarding lifecycle with cross-functional teams.
• Support end-to-end event planning, execution and post-event evaluation.
• Assist in promoting events through social media and email campaigns.
• Develop understanding of the event portfolio and objectives for each event type.
• Support operational requests and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
