Job summary

Razer Inc. is seeking a driven intern to support our Southeast Asia fintech events and merchant onboarding programs. You will help plan and execute events, coordinate with partners and vendors, and assist in onboarding merchants while collaborating with Sales, Compliance and IT teams.

You will gain hands-on experience in event logistics, client relationships, marketing coordination, and performance reporting, all within a fast-paced, global tech environment that values innovation and teamwork.

Qualifications

• You’re pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Fintech, Marketing or a related field.
• You have strong communication skills and love staying organized.
• You’re creative, adaptable, and pay attention to the detail.
• You can juggle multiple tasks and enjoy working in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with design or social media tools is an advantage.
• You’re available for a full‑time internship
• You can work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools and digital technologies to enhance productivity and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end event planning and execution from concept to on-site coordination.
• You’ll assist with onboarding roles, assist partners, merchants and vendors on their onboarding accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with merchants, clients, and partners.
• Serve as the primary liaison for event vendors and partners and coordinate deliverables.
• Manage the end-to-end merchant onboarding lifecycle, including document collection and processing.
• Coordinate onboarding requirements with Sales, Compliance, and IT teams.
• Prepare post-event reports, insights, and performance summaries.
• Assist in promoting events through multiple channels, including social media.
• Develop understanding of Fiuu’s event portfolio and objectives of each event type.
