ByteDance is seeking a COE team member for the Ethics Office to partner with regional BUs, implement global standards, and drive data-driven improvements in ethics operations. The role involves governance of global ethics systems, policy coordination, and risk reporting, with opportunities to contribute to AI-powered ethics initiatives and cross-regional collaboration.

Fluency in Mandarin is preferred to engage with China-based stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Compliance, Public Policy, or related field.
• Extensive experience in Ethics & Compliance, Risk Management, Investigations, Legal, or related functions.
• Hands-on experience with case management / Speak Up platforms.

Aufgaben

• Partner with regional BUs to drive improvements in efficiency, quality, compliance, and audibility across global ethics program.
• Design, implement and govern global ethics systems and workflows (Speak Up, CMS, dashboards, data integration).
• Support program evaluations, risk reporting, and executive-level insights for Ethics Committee and leadership.
• Contribute to AI applications in ethics operations and create enablement resources across CN and ex-CN teams.
