NTU's Office of International Engagement seeks a Manager to oversee a dynamic portfolio of international initiatives and partnerships. Reporting to the Head of OIE, you will coordinate events, manage budgets, and drive NTU's global strategy with a collaborative, cross‑functional team.

You will work with diverse stakeholders across campuses, prepare strategic documentation, and help cultivate NTU's international footprint.

Formación

• University degree in relevant disciplines such as International Relations, Public Relations, Business, Economics, Communication.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant administrative experience.
• Experience in an academic/research institution is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication across diverse audiences.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Global perspective and cultural awareness.
• Collaborative, self-directed, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate logistics and administration for international events and partner engagements.
• Manage procurement, vendor coordination, participant engagement, and budgeting.
• Coordinate flagship programmes and projects, including applications and annual reviews.
• Prepare reports, presentations and strategic documents for decision‑making.
• Build relationships with internal teams and external partners to advance NTU's international objectives.
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing to enhance efficiency.
• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
