Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a senior leader to drive the Global EMBA programme’s growth, market positioning, admissions, and operations. You will work with senior business leaders and faculty to shape a high-impact executive education platform.

You will lead marketing, recruitment, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement, building strong relationships with corporate clients, alumni, and international partners, while guiding cross-functional teams toward programme excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 10–15 years in related roles.
• 5+ years in a leadership role, with expertise in executive education (EMBA/MBA) or related programmes.
• Proven experience in marketing, recruitment, admissions, operations, and business development.
• Experience collaborating with senior executives, faculty, alumni, corporate clients, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and growth of the Global EMBA programme in line with School and University priorities.
• Direct marketing, recruitment, admissions, brand positioning, market messaging, and pipeline performance.
• Oversee programme operations, global modules, study trips, events, and student services.
• Build senior-level relationships with students, alumni, faculty, corporate clients, industry partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, revenue, costs, marketing spend, enrolment performance, and student satisfaction.
• Lead and develop cross-functional teams supporting marketing, recruitment, admissions, operations, and business development.
• Prepare reports and recommendations on recruitment, financial performance, student experience, risks, partnerships, pricing, and programme improvements.
