Job summary

MICRON SEMICONDUCTOR ASIA OPERATIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Global Facilities Regional Engineering Electrical Engineer to lead design, construction, and maintenance programs for electrical systems across manufacturing sites in the region.

You will align global standards, support sustainability initiatives, and drive technical excellence through cross-functional collaboration, TPM, and continuous improvement efforts, ensuring reliable facilities operations at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in electrical systems within the semiconductor industry.
• Experience in construction design, development and engineering for electrical systems with hands-on project execution.
• Strong analytical, decision making and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication across levels and teams.

Responsibilities

• Project design and construction of regional green field projects aligned to global standards.
• Engineering support for site projects and sustainability initiatives.
• Review site capacity expansion and sustainability capex.
• Oversee regional efforts to align strategic programs (BCP, quality, and SIPP).
• Provide site/regional support for global facility initiatives and TPM alignment.
• Drive improvement in utilities and energy usage across the network.
• Regularly communicate with site engineering and O&M teams on status and performance.
• Benchmark system performance and develop metrics for improvement.
