Job summary

SURBANA JURONG PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal or Legal Operations Executive to support the Disputes and Insurance sub-functions within the Global Legal team in Singapore. The role combines disputes and insurance support with light executive assistance, reporting to the Director, Dispute Resolution.

Open to paralegals or candidates from risk, investigative or analytical backgrounds aiming to move into legal.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a paralegal, legal operations, forensic, investigative, or analytical role.
• Exposure to built environment industry is advantageous but not essential.
• Law graduates with 0–2 PQE considered.
• Reading, organizing, and identifying trends across documents.
• Comfort with AI/LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT) and keen to develop skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide litigation and disputes support including reports, chronologies, and fact-finding.
• Draft and deploy global dispute policies and procedures.
• Maintain global litigation reports and registers with regional teams.
• Use AI tools to accelerate document review and data analysis.
• Support insurance workflows including documents and premiums.
• Provide admin support to the Singapore office, including scheduling for Chief Legal Counsel.
