Job summary

Entegris Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a senior leader to head the enterprise Digital Design & Material Innovation Center. You will define vision, operating model, and roadmap for physics-based and data-driven modeling approaches, spanning multi-scale simulation, computational chemistry, digital twins, and AI/physics integration.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in computational science, materials science, mechanical or chemical engineering, physics, applied mathematics, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive modeling and simulation experience in R&D-intensive industries.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Semiconductor process and materials experience preferred.
• Proven ability to scale simulation/AI tools to an enterprise level (500–1,000+ engineers/scientists) and drive cultural transformation.
• Practical understanding of digital twins, HPC/cloud computing, and virtual prototyping.
• Hands-on with ANSYS, COMSOL, GeoDict, LAMMPS and modern AI/ML tools for materials and process simulation.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise Digital Design & Material Innovation Center strategy, roadmap, and operating model.
• Build and lead a multidisciplinary team of modeling engineers and digital scientists across globally distributed sites.
• Standardize enterprise modeling practices, validation frameworks, and reusable model libraries.
• Create portfolio governance prioritizing initiatives by value, risk, and impact on product performance.
• Partner with CIO/CIDO to ensure scalable infrastructure and secure deployment governance.
• Drive executive decisions on investments in compute, data platforms, and IP protection.
• Establish external collaborations with universities and industry partners to advance capabilities.
