Job summary

Molex is seeking a Senior Director to lead the Digital Manufacturing & Operations (M&O) globally, driving digital transformation across the manufacturing network. You will set strategic direction for MES/QMS/WMS/MMS, ERP platforms like SAP, and analytics to improve productivity and quality.

You will partner with Global Operations Capability and Enterprise Technology to deliver scalable, data-driven outcomes, shaping the future of connected manufacturing at Molex.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• 12+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing technology or industrial digital transformation.
• Proven experience developing digital manufacturing strategies in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Set global M&O digital strategy and multi-year roadmaps across MES/QMS/WMS/MMS, ERP, and analytics.
• Lead governance and lifecycle management for manufacturing systems and platforms.
• Drive AI-enabled manufacturing capabilities, analytics, and connected factory initiatives.
• Partner with enterprise architects, cybersecurity, data teams, and plant leadership to enable scalable digital transformation.
• Champion operational excellence and standardized global manufacturing processes.
