Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Digital Campaigns Executive to drive paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms. You will work with our international recruitment teams to align campaigns with priority markets and optimize ROI through data-driven analysis.

The role also covers creative content development and localization for global audiences, including China-focused strategies and assets such as posters and banners.

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor degree in any marketing field.
• Proven experience in digital campaign management across Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Experience in international marketing or student recruitment is highly desirable.
• Good understanding of social platforms such as WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, and Red.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance to improve ROI with data-driven insights.
• Coordinate with international recruitment teams to align campaigns with priorities across markets including China.
• Develop localized content and assets for international audiences across social media.
