Job summary

Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) invites high-potential graduates to join the Associate Programme (AP), a 10-month developmental journey to build foundations in policy, investment promotion and industry development.

You will start with a structured bootcamp, then rotate across divisions, gaining exposure to projects that shape Singapore’s economic future, with language training and mentorship throughout.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates and early careerists with less than two years of working experience at the start of the programme.
• Graduates from all academic disciplines; you do not need to have studied Economics or Business.
• Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents
• Proficiency in a third language would be advantageous but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Structured bootcamp that introduces EDB’s mission and ways of working.
• Rotations across multiple divisions to gain exposure to Investment Promotion, Industry Development, and Policy & Planning.
• Collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders to translate insights into meaningful outcomes.
