Job summary

Economic Development Board (EDB) is Singapore’s lead government agency driving investment promotion and industry development. The EDB Associate Programme is a 10-month hands-on career build with bootcamp training, mentorship, and rotations across Investment Promotion, Industry Development and Policy & Planning.

You will be part of a collaborative team that shapes Singapore’s economic future, engaging with partners and learning to translate insights into strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates and early careerists with less than two years of working experience at the start of the programme in March/ August 2027.
• Graduates from all academic disciplines. You do not need to have studied Economics or Business.

Responsibilities

• Structured bootcamp to introduce EDB’s mission, work and ways of working.
• Rotations across multiple divisions to gain exposure to core areas: Investment Promotion, Industry Development and Policy & Planning.
• Gain experience in building relationships with companies, analysing trends, and translating insights into actionable programmes.
