Razer (Asia-Pacific) Pte. Ltd. is offering a 6-month Data Analytics and Product Support Intern role to students pursuing a diploma or bachelor's degree in STEM or IT fields.

You will consolidate data, build dashboards, and use AI tools to spot trends in RMA data while supporting engineers on NPI RTE operations. Qualifications

• Pursuing or hold a Diploma/Bachelors in math, stats, CS, IT or related.
• Experience with SQL or JQL and Excel/Sheets.
• Python coding and Power BI (DAX) knowledge.
• Strong communication and problem solving.
• Willing to learn AI tools and adapt.
• Commitment to a 6-month internship.

Responsibilities

• Support the team across the full product support lifecycle from pre-launch to EOL.
• Use SQL or JQL to extract and analyze issue data; prepare Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources and interpret with statistics.
• Create ad-hoc reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Identify trends, explore data associations, and visualize insights.
• Use AI tools to analyze RMA data and assess product improvements.
• Assist Engineers with NPI Return to Engineering operations.
• Apply AI to automate and streamline the RTE process.
• Maintain clear documentation of findings and learnings.
