Job summary

Razer in Singapore invites an internship in Data Analytics and Product Support. You will contribute to the full product lifecycle, build Power BI dashboards, perform data consolidation from multiple sources, and use SQL/JQL to analyze issues while presenting insights to stakeholders.

You will gain hands-on exposure to SDLC for gaming hardware and software, collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions, and develop skills in data analysis, dashboarding, and AI-driven productivity tools

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with SQL or JQL, and intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel / Google Sheets and presentation tools.
• Coding experience in Python, plus working knowledge of Power BI (DAX) and Power Query (M language).
• Willing to learn and try AI-based productivity and support tools; training and guidance will be provided.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and collaborative, and adapts well to changing priorities and ad-hoc requests.
• Able to commit to a 6-month internship.

Responsibilities

• Support the team across the full product support lifecycle, from pre-launch through to End-of-Life (EOL).
• Use SQL or JQL to extract and analyze issue data, and prepare Power BI dashboards and reports that give internal stakeholders clear insight into issue trends.
• Consolidate relevant data from multiple sources and databases, and interpret it using statistical techniques.
• Create ad-hoc reports and presentations that visualize data for stakeholders.
• Identify relevant trends, explore associations in the data, perform follow-up analysis, and prepare visualizations.
• Use AI tools to analyze RMA data, surface recurring issues, and assess whether product improvements are effective by tracking RMA patterns over time.
• Assist Engineers with NPI RTE (Return to Engineering) operations.
• Apply AI to automate and streamline the RTE process.
• Maintain clear documentation of findings, workflows, and learning outcomes.
