Job Responsibilities : This 6-month Data Analytics and Product Support Intern role at Razer supports the full product lifecycle from pre-launch through end-of-life, with responsibilities spanning consolidating and analyzing data from multiple sources using SQL/JQL and statistical techniques, building Power BI dashboards and ad-hoc reports and presentations, using AI tools to spot trends in RMA data and gauge whether product improvements are working, and assisting engineers with NPI Return-to-Engineering operations and automation; along the way the intern gains hands-on exposure to the SDLC for gaming hardware and software, cross‑functional collaboration across regions, and practical skills in data analysis, dashboarding, and AI-driven productivity tools, while the role is open to students currently pursuing a diploma or bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, business analytics, data science, IT, or a related field, provided they bring SQL/JQL exposure, intermediate-to-advanced Excel/Sheets and presentation skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive, self-starting, deadline-driven working style. Support the team across the full product support lifecycle, from pre-launch through to End-of-Life (EOL). Use SQL or JQL to extract and analyze issue data, and prepare Power BI dashboards and reports that give internal stakeholders clear insight into issue trends. Consolidate relevant data from multiple sources and databases, and interpret it using statistical techniques. Create ad-hoc reports and presentations that visualize data for stakeholders. Identify relevant trends, explore associations in the data, perform follow-up analysis, and prepare visualizations. Use AI tools to analyze RMA data, surface recurring issues, and assess whether product improvements are effective by tracking RMA patterns over time. Assist Engineers with NPI RTE (Return to Engineering) operations. Apply AI to automate and streamline the RTE process. Maintain clear documentation of findings, workflows, and learning outcomes.
