Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. seeks a Director – Global Cybersecurity in Tampines to define and manage a comprehensive cybersecurity program across regions. The role covers architecture, incident response, and cross‑border data protection, reporting to CIO and Group Risk & Audit Committee.

The candidate will lead a matrix‑structured team, oversee SOC/EDR, and drive security improvements for critical systems while aligning with ISO 27001, NIST, and PDPA/GDPR requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years in cybersecurity with leadership across regions.
• Hands-on knowledge of security architecture and network/cloud security.
• Experience with SIEM/EDR, vulnerability management and threat intelligence.
• Proven ability to lead distributed teams and incidents with executive communication.
• Familiarity with multiple regulatory regimes (GDPR, PDPA, CCPA-like, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a global cybersecurity operating model across regions.
• Develop target security architecture and implementation roadmap for assets and data.
• Establish global security baselines and risk acceptance processes.
• Provide security oversight for platforms, cloud migrations and integrations.
• Lead vulnerability management, patching standards and attack-surface reduction.
• Oversee threat detection, SOC operations, threat hunting and incident response.
• Act as Incident Commander for major cybersecurity incidents with stakeholders.
• Ensure cyber resilience with backup standards and recovery testing.
• Develop controls for OT and logistics systems in critical environments.
• Lead identity, cloud and data security initiatives including MFA and PKI.
• Establish security policies aligned with ISO 27001, NIST and PDPA/GDPR.
