Qualifications

• 12+ years in cybersecurity with leadership of technical security teams across multiple markets or regions.
• Strong knowledge across security architecture, network, cloud, IAM, endpoint security and vulnerability management.
• Proven experience transforming capabilities within a geographically distributed organisation.
• Demonstrated incident handling from detection through containment, recovery and remediation.
• Experience coordinating internal security teams, external experts and legal advisers.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCISO, GIAC or cloud-security certs are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the Group’s global cybersecurity operating model with governance and regional coordination.
• Develop architecture and strategic roadmap for network, cloud, zero-trust and data security.
• Establish baseline controls across critical systems with formal risk-acceptance processes.
• Provide security leadership for new technology platforms and digital transformation.
• Lead vulnerability management, asset discovery and risk-based prioritisation.
• Oversee security operations including SIEM, EDR, threat intelligence and SOC.
• Lead Group-wide incident response with playbooks, escalation and cross-region coordination.
• Act as Incident Commander for major incidents and regulatory notifications.
