Job summary

Razer (Asia-Pacific) Pte Ltd is seeking a Cyber Security Manager to support the Head of Information Security with strategy, governance and security operations across business units, IT, engineering and Legal. The role includes cloud security, threat modelling, secure coding, and AI security initiatives in a global environment.

You will manage operations, vendor governance and security programs while aligning with ISO 27001 and NIST CSF frameworks across AWS/Azure, PAM and CSPM domains.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in cybersecurity with leadership across security operations, engineering, cloud, app security or DevSecOps.
• Hands-on knowledge of SIEM/SOC, incident response, vulnerability management, bug bounty, CSPM, PAM, zero trust, AWS/Azure security, containers and secure SDLC.
• Experience assessing AI security risks and controls, including data protection, prompt injection, AI gateways, governance and automation is advantageous.
• Working knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST CSF, SOX, privacy and data protection requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Information Security in executing cybersecurity strategy, roadmaps and policies.
• Lead security operations including bug bounty, vulnerability management, PAM, CSPM, phishing simulations and incident response.
• Oversee Cloud, Application and DevSecOps security—embed threat modelling, secure coding and SAST/SCA in CI/CD.
• Lead AI security assessments, governance and automation initiatives across data protection and AI gateways.
• Manage vendor evaluations, POCs, contracts, renewals and cross-functional delivery.
