Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in digital transformation, technology delivery, project/program management, or business analysis within commodities trading, metals, energy, oil and gas, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of CTRM platforms and the physical trading lifecycle.
• Hands-on working knowledge of analytics and BI tools such as Power BI, SQL, or data warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CTRM/ETRM delivery, project management, business analysis and support across trade capture, PnL reporting, logistics, and finance interfaces.
• Champion phased global CTRM planning for international entities and drive AI-enabled productivity use cases while ensuring strong visibility of trading performance, risk, and operational controls.
