You will drive platform modernisation, AI adoption and align technology with business objectives across multiple markets, while building a high-performing, distributed organisation across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Approximately 12–15 years of experience in technology, including senior technology leadership.
• Proven ownership of complex platforms requiring high availability and resilience.
• Experience leading large technology organisations across multiple locations and markets.
• Strong track record in strategy development, roadmap execution and transformation.
• Experience overseeing cloud-based environments and AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction and multi-year technology roadmap across markets.
• Lead technology delivery, governance and programme oversight.
• Drive platform modernisation and adoption of emerging technologies.
• Build and lead a geographically distributed tech organisation.
