You will identify and evaluate potential mergers, execute corporate development strategies, perform due diligence, and lead post-merger integration to realise synergies and value creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a finance-related field.
• 8+ years of corporate development, investment banking, PE, strategy or M&A experience.
• Proven track record leading or supporting M&A transactions.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and commercial analysis skills.
• Experience managing post-merger integration initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
• Develop and execute corporate development strategies to support business growth.
• Perform financial analysis and due diligence on potential opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate acquired businesses effectively.
• Prepare and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage relationships with external advisors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate governance standards.
• Drive post-merger integration programmes, ensuring operational alignment and synergy realisation
• Monitor acquisition performance and support strategic planning activities
