Job summary

0G Labs is seeking a seasoned Finance Controller to oversee the full accounting cycle for multiple entities across regions. You will prepare statutory financials under SFRS/IFRS (and US GAAP where applicable), maintain an auditable chart of accounts, and manage treasury operations.

You will also coordinate GST and corporate tax filings and lead the annual audit. The role requires 5+ years in accounting/finance, a degree in Accountancy or Finance, and professional qualifications (CA/ACCA/CPA

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related field.
• CA/ACCA/CPA qualification highly preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience in startup/fast-growth environments.
• Strong knowledge of SFRS/IFRS; US GAAP exposure beneficial.
• Experience with internal controls and audit processes.
• Proficiency with major accounting software (Xero/QuickBooks/NetSuite) and Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Own the full accounting cycle for multiple entities across countries.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements under SFRS/IFRS/US GAAP where applicable.
• Maintain chart of accounts; ensure integrity of records and reconciliations.
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships and treasury operations.
• Coordinate GST filings, corporate tax and statutory reporting with IRAS/ACRA; oversee annual audit.
• Design internal controls and finance policies; oversee payroll and expenses.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and vendor contracting; engage with founders on spend.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline close, reporting and reconciliation.
