Job summary

BW Group is seeking a communications assistant to refresh corporate materials, draft internal communications, and support external publications. You will help create posters, videos, and LinkedIn content while coordinating materials for key stakeholders in a dynamic, global environment.

The role offers exposure to multiple projects, agile collaboration across teams, and opportunities to learn about sustainability and decarbonisation initiatives within BW Group.

Responsibilities

• Refresh corporate materials and presentations.
• Draft short communication pieces for internal employee communications and corporate publications.
• Draft and coordinate materials for corporate publications and reports.
• Support archival of creative assets and historical materials.
• Support creation and design of communication collaterals (e.g. posters, videos, photo slideshows).
• Support planning and content creation for BW LinkedIn pages.
• Assist in developing communication proposals and programmes for key stakeholders.
• Support liaison with partners, affiliate companies, and external vendors.
• Update corporate websites and/or internal employee platforms.
• Conduct research to support communication initiatives.
• Provide operational support for internal events as required (e.g. staff activities, quarterly events).
• Handle administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
