Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience across Commodity Management, Strategic Sourcing, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading global teams and delivering results through managers and cross-functional leaders.
• Proven success creating and executing differentiated, long-term commodity strategies with measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year commodity strategies aligned to growth, technology, product, manufacturing and financial roadmaps.
• Lead proactive supply- assurance, risk management, and supplier capability initiatives.
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, operations, and product teams to align supplier capabilities with long-term business needs.
• Manage complex commercial negotiations and executive supplier reviews to improve productivity and value creation.
• Drive analytics, automation and AI-enabled workflows to improve decision speed and outcomes.
