Job summary

Bloomberg is seeking a Customer Support Representative for the Early Professional Program in Singapore. You will assist a diverse global client base, troubleshoot issues across Bloomberg's products, and help clients maximize the value of our services.

Training and mentorship will be provided, forming a strong foundation for a long-term career. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, up to 3 years of experience, and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and ability to start full-time in January 2027.
Up to 3 years of work experience.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Interest in financial information, technology, and client-focused problem solving.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot software, hardware, connectivity and authentication issues across Bloomberg products and services.
Support product installations, onboarding and account access for clients.
Educate clients on Bloomberg products and workflows to build proficiency and confidence.
Collaborate with regions and functions to resolve complex challenges and drive service improvements.
Maintain high-quality client experiences through effective problem solving and communication.
