Client Accounting Specialist – Bookkeeping & Financial Statements

Job summary

Trident Trust is seeking a client accounting professional to maintain timely financial records for offshore and Singapore client entities. You will perform full set bookkeeping, monthly reconciliations, and prepare financial statements and schedules in line with applicable standards.

Responsibilities include liaising with administrators, auditors and tax agents, meeting statutory deadlines, and ensuring accurate posting of transactions in Viewpoint with strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in full set bookkeeping and preparation of Financial statements.
• Familiar with Investment holding companies and Family offices; knowledge of FRS 109/FRS 107 is advantageous.
• Experience with Form C-S preparation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Timely maintenance of financial records for client entities, in consultation with the responsible administrator.
• Preparation of financial statements and working papers.
• Liaison with administrators, auditors and tax agents to meet statutory deadlines.
• Offshore: full set bookkeeping and revaluations; Singapore: F/S in accordance with SFRS and XBRL.
